At Sky Scholar, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription to Sky Scholar at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team at shakthi@skyscholar.co.in.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your account and its benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Cancellation of services does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the subscription fee unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing Sky Scholar’s services for a prolonged period (more than 48 hours), and the issue is confirmed to be on our end.
- If you were charged incorrectly or more than once for a subscription plan.
- If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of initial purchase and have not accessed or used any of the platform\’s paid features.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Subscription cancellations made after the billing cycle renewal.
- Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
- Dissatisfaction with the content or quizzes, as long as they are functional and accessible.
- Personal reasons unrelated to the functionality or delivery of the service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at shakthi@skyscholar.co.in with the subject “Refund Request.”
- Include your full name, email address used to register, payment details (last 4 digits of the card or transaction ID), and a brief description of the issue.
- Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and if eligible, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any one-time payments for downloadable content, special resources, or consultations.
- Gifted subscriptions or promotional credits.
5. Termination by Sky Scholar
Sky Scholar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we find that you have violated any of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases:
- You will not be entitled to any refund, and your account will be blocked from future access.
6. Subscription Renewal and Billing
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- By agreeing to our terms, you authorize Sky Scholar to charge your payment method for the renewal fees.
- Failure to cancel your subscription before renewal means you will be charged for the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for automatic renewals unless there is an error in billing.
7. Billing Discrepancies
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at shakthi@skyscholar.co.in within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if necessary, correct any errors promptly. Failure to report billing discrepancies within 30 days waives your right to a refund or charge correction.
8. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sky Scholar reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on https://skyscholar.co.in. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
